Kevin Harris is looking to re-open the indoor SK8-Park in Richmond. He is planning on buying the building the park is in now for 8 million dollars. He is willing to invest half but he will need some other investors. So if you want to invest in to something cool, the time is now. I think he would prefer just a few partners that can invest a lot, for obvious reasons, but I think he is open to smaller investmentors as well. This will not just be an investment in the skatepark, you will be investing in a huge building in a good location. And you know how prices are continuing to rise these days.
