Our First Parade – Colingwood Days
The Vancouver Skateboard Coalition has been invited to attend The Collingwood Days Parade. We need you to come skate in the parade! Thanks to our Es sponsorship we should have some goodies to give away.
The theme this year is EVOLUTION OF TRANSPORTATION. The parade will consist of many forms of alternative transportation, with the focus on reducing negative effects on the environment. Collingwood Days will include several events such as information booths, food stands, and multicultural performances, history displays and story telling.
May 26th
10 – 11 am – Parade Assembly at Joyce Skytrain Station Community Garden, Stage, Plant Sale and swap
11 – 12 pm Parade to Carlton School Site Booths, entertainment, fun and games.
