Financial Report:
We have about $280 in the bank account.
The youth week event was about $400
We’re making T-shirts to raise money
The float was sponsored by ES shoes
Stacey – at the last regular meeting we talked about policies and procedures and needs to be voted on
The criteria as it stands – see appendix that was handed out for policies and procedures – Stacey is putting this together.
The board of the vsbc must not exceed more than 20 positions
That the board comprises four executive positions – see appendix.
That members at large include no more than two youth members
That executive serve a two year term
Nomination
Michelle is nominated for president
Jeff Chan is nominated for vice president
Sarah is nominated as secretary
